Military solutions outlined by the Obama administration are the wrong tool.

But if you're only tool is a hammer, all problems start looking like nails.

Obama has at least 3 other options which he has conveniently ignored:

--diplomacy

"Do No Harm" should be the coin of the realm.
US needs to work with, among other other players, Russia

--disarmament
Arms embargo on all sides

--humanitarian support
